What you get with Dossyaay – in three small experiments

What your accountant needs and why, what's due when, and what a good photo looks like.

Your monthly list

What does your accountant need each month – and why?

Tick what's true for you. Dossyaay opens exactly this list for you every month.

  • ✓ Bank statementEvery movement on the account – the accountant matches invoices to it.
  • ✓ Purchase invoicesWhat you paid: they reduce your tax – if they're there.
  • ✓ Sales invoicesWhat you invoiced – the basis of your revenue.
  • ✓ Timesheets, leave, changesPayroll for the 12th's return is built from this.

4 items a month – each has its own place in Dossyaay, and we only remind you of what's missing.

Your deadlines

What's due when? Set it up for you.

Your accountant needs time after the papers – so your hand-in day always comes before the returns.

Quick test

Good photo or bad photo?

A phone photo is fine for your accountant – if it's taken right. Decide on all four!

Straight, sharp, all corners visible

Bottom corner cut off

Shaky, blurry

Ten invoices in one photo

📷 Try it now – for real

Your phone is the scanner

No scanner, no app to install. Dossyaay's built-in scanner works like the document reader on your phone – right in the browser.

  1. Point your phone at the paper

Or choose a photo – or use our sample if you're on a computer.

  2. We find the edges

The paper is cut out and straightened, even from an angle. Need a tweak? Touch near a corner and drag – a magnifier shows the edge.

  3. It reads like a scan

Shadows out, paper white, text crisp – in colour, greyscale or black & white.

  4. A ready PDF

Check it, accept it, retake it, add more pages. That's what your accountant gets.

🔒 This is only a test: we don't store or send anything. Everything happens in your browser and disappears when you leave the page.
